1/6 of my IP Greek yogurt recipe (or 2/3 cup any Greek yogurt)
1 tsp (5g) lemon juice
1 tsp (3g) garlic powder
1 TBSP dried parsley
1/2 TBSP dried dill weed (1.5g)
1/2 tsp sea salt (3g)
1/2 tsp black pepper (1.2g)
1 TBSP (12g) zero calorie sweetener
4 TBSP plant milk (or more to get the right consistency)

Maple Mustard:
Ingredients:
1/6 of my IP Greek yogurt recipe (or 2/3 cup any Greek yogurt)
4 TBSP (60g) Dijon Mustard
2 TBSP (30g) Apple Cider Vinegar
2 TBSP (30.5g) lemon juice
1/2 tsp (1.6g) garlic powder
1/2 tsp sea salt (3g)
Dash of black pepper
2 TBSP (39.5g) maple syrup
2 TBSP (24g) zero calorie sweetener (or 2 more TBSP Maple Syrup)
Makes 4 servings
Chipotle Ranch:
Ingredients:
1/6 of my IP Greek yogurt recipe (or 2/3 cup any Greek yogurt)
2 (15g) of chipotle peppers from a can of chipotles in Adobo sauce
1 tsp (5g) lemon juice
1 tsp dried parsley (0.5)
1 tsp dried dill weed (1g)
1 tsp dried chives (0.1g)
1/2 tsp (1.2g) onion powder
1.2 tsp (1.6g) garlic powder
Dash sea salt (3g)
Dash black pepper (1.2g)
2 tsp (8g) zero calorie sweetener
4 TBSP plant milk (or more to get the right consistency)
(Process the chipotle peppers in a food processor first until smooth)
Makes 3 servings
Creamy Italian:
Ingredients:
1/6 of my IP Greek yogurt recipe (or 2/3 cup any Greek yogurt)
1/4 cup (60ml) white wine vinegar
2 TBSP (30.5g) lemon juice
2 garlic cloves (8g) grated
4 TBSP (60g) Dijon Mustard
2 TBSP (30g) Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp (0.3g) dried basil
1/2 tsp (0.5g) dried oregano
1/2 tsp (0.3g) dried parsley
1/2 tsp (0.4g) dried thyme
2 tbsp Wholesome Yum zero sugar maple syrup (or any maple syrup)
Dash sea salt
Dash pepper
2 tbsp (5g) nutritional yeast
Makes 3 servings
Directions:
Whisk the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and jar or serve.
