Ingredients:
1 cup (130g) raw cashews (soaked for 2 hours)
1/2 (120ml) cup filtered water
2 tsp (10g) apple cider vinegar
2 tsp (10.2g) lemon juice
3/4 (4.5g) tsp sea salt
3 (9g) cloves garlic
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add a bit of water if needed to get the right consistency.
