Chocolate Peanut Butter Oats

Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup Ripple original unsweetened plant based milk

1/2 cup water

1/2 ripe banana mashed

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbs PBFit chocolate powder

10 vegan chocolate chips.


Directions:

Overnight Oats:

Add all ingredients into a mason jar or small container with a lid.  Mix or shake until everything is blended and then refrigerate overnight.  Serve cold, or heat in microwave for 90 seconds.  Top with a few chocolate chips if desired


Cooked oats:

Put a small saucepan on the stove over medium heat and add in the plant milk and the water.  Bring to a steam, just before boiling and add the oats.  Mix to combine and let cook for about 5-10 mins or until most of the liquid cooks down.  Add in the banana and the vanilla extract.  Mix and cook until you get the texture you want.  Turn off heat and transfer mixture to bowl.


In a separate small bowl, mix  the PBFit powder with enough water to create a runny PB sauce (about 2.5 -3 TBSP).  Use a whisk to get it all combined.  Pour it over the oats, top with chocolate chips and enjoy.
