Ingredients
1 cup (240ml) plant milk (I used Ripple blue bottle)
100g frozen mango
35g frozen avocado
91g (1/2 medium) green apple with skin
1 cup baby spinach
35g (2 scoops) vanilla protein powder
5g Monkfruit sweetener
1 tsp fresh ginger peeled
1 tsp moringa powder
Instructions
Toss the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth and thick. Add ice or water if needed
Pour into glass and serve
