High Protein Seitan Pizza

Ingredients:

1 whole recipe of our high protein pizza crust (2 crusts)

1 serving of our high protein seitan recipe (about 70g)

2 serving or our Starch Solution Ricotta (about 70g)

1 cup (240g) tomato sauce

1/2 cup (120g) diced tomatoes

Sprinkle of fennel seeds


Directions:

Preheat oven to 450F.  Roll out or punch out one of the crusts for a pizza on some semolina flour on a pizza peel or pan.  Top with sauce, ricotta, seitan, tomatoes and fennel seeds all split between two pizzas.  Put the pizza on a preheated pizza stone (that cooks the bottom of the crust) and cook for 8-11 minutes. Keep an eye on it.  It should look cooked by don't let it burn.


Remove from oven, set on a rack to cool and serve.  The whole pizza is one serving for the macros.   This recipe makes two serving If you use both pizza crusts from the pizza crust recipe.
