Salad Ingredients:
2 cups (178g) red cabbage
1 cup (110g) carrots grated
1 package (340g) fava bean tofu
1 cup (184g) broccoli florrettes
4 cups (188g) romaine lettuce
1 large (186g) yellow bell pepper
1/2 (50g) avocado
Dressing Ingredients:
 4 TBSP peanut butter powder
 2 TBSP water
2 TBSP lime juice
 1/2 tsp (0.9g) red chili flakes
1 TBSP low calorie maple flavored syrup
 1 TBSP coco aminos
Instructions:
Whisk dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside.
Cube the tofu and sauté with a quick shot of spray oil, or cook in the airfryer until fully cooked. We coated it with a citrus rub first. Add the cooked tofu to a large bowl with all the other salad ingredients and then top with dressing.
