Ingredients
1 cup (240ml) almond milk (I used Ripple blue bottle)
160g frozen blueberries
2 TBSP cashew powder reconstituted with water
1 cup baby spinach
35g (2 scoops) vanilla protein powder
Instructions
Toss the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth and thick. Add ice or water if needed
Pour into glass and serve
