True Blue Blueberry Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240ml) almond milk (I used Ripple blue bottle)

  • 160g frozen blueberries

  • 2 TBSP cashew powder reconstituted with water

  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • 35g (2 scoops) vanilla protein powder


Instructions

  • Toss the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth and thick.  Add ice or water if needed

  • Pour into glass and serve
